Plastic Coated Wire Machine
Plastic coated wire machine is a machine for producing raw materials. The function of this machine is to heat-melt PVC/PP and other materials and then coat them on the iron wire to produce plastic coated wire. Plastic coated wire is mainly used in the production of PE artificial Christmas tree leaves, in which it plays the role of petiole. Generally speaking, there are two types of plastic coated wires, one is completely coated, and the other is to leave a section at the tail without coating.
Wire Straightening And Cutting Machine 2.5-5.5mm
The wire straightening and cutting machine is a machine that processes raw materials. The function of this machine is to adjust the wire from a bent state to a straight state, and then process it according to the requirements you set. This machine has a control panel similar to other machines. On the panel, you can set the length of each section of wire and the type of wire hook.
PE Recycling Granulator Machine
PE recycling granulation machine is a raw material production machine. The function of this machine is to recycle the waste of PE granules, and then produce them again to produce new PE granules. This machine also has a servo motor and a normal TV like the PE injection molding machine. You can choose the corresponding model according to your region.
Automatic Wire Twist Machine
The wire twist machine is a machine that reprocesses raw materials. The function of this machine is to twist the wire into a twist shape. Air Compressor
The air compressor is an auxiliary machine. The main function of this machine is to provide compressed air for the four-line leaf drawing machine, PE injection machine and other machines. This machine adopts a single screw and a horizontal structure, which makes the footprint of this machine very small, leaving more surplus space for your factory.
Air-Cooled Chiller
An air-cooled chiller is a refrigeration system that uses the surrounding air as a condensing medium. It absorbs heat from a space by circulating water or other fluids, and then rejects the heat to the ambient air. The working principle of an air-cooled chiller is based on heat transfer. A cooling liquid (such as water) first passes through an evaporator, absorbing heat from the space to be refrigerated. The compressor then compresses and heats the refrigerant gas, which flows through a condenser and dissipates the heat to the ambient air. The refrigerant condenses into a liquid in the process and returns to the evaporator, where the cycle repeats.
