How Does PE Recycling Granulator Work?
First, we need to put the collected PE waste into the feeding port above. These PE plastics enter the screw extrusion system of the granulator and gradually melt the plastic through the heating device (electric heating or steam heating). The screw compresses, shears and mixes the materials during rotation, so that the PE material is completely plasticized into a molten state. Temperature control is very important. Too high will cause plastic degradation, and too low will not be completely melted. The molten plastic passes through the filter (die filter) to remove impurities to ensure the purity of the final plastic particles. The plastic strips are cut after cooling through the cooling water tank. Excess water is removed through a vibrating screen or centrifugal drying equipment to obtain dry PE plastic particles.
